Eligibility for Exchange:

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required for processing the exchange.

Exchange is applicable only for products purchased directly from the official MaxFresh website.
Non-Exchangeable Items:

Products that show signs of use or physical damage.

Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as āNon-Returnable.ā

Customized or personalized products.
Process for Exchange:

Provide your order details and reason for exchange.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you to ship the product to our warehouse.

After inspection, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 5ā7 business days.
