Exchange Policy

At MaxFresh, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required for processing the exchange.

  • Exchange is applicable only for products purchased directly from the official MaxFresh website.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products that show signs of use or physical damage.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Non-Returnable.”

  • Customized or personalized products.

Process for Exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@maxfresh.co.in or call +91 72088 81056 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you to ship the product to our warehouse.

  4. After inspection, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 5–7 business days.
