# Exchange Policy

At **MaxFresh**, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange process.

### **Eligibility for Exchange:**

-   Products can be exchanged within **7 days** of delivery.
    
-   Items must be **unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging**.
    
-   Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required for processing the exchange.
    
-   Exchange is applicable only for products purchased directly from the official MaxFresh website.
    

### **Non-Exchangeable Items:**

-   Products that show signs of use or physical damage.
    
-   Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as **“Non-Returnable.”**
    
-   Customized or personalized products.
    

### **Process for Exchange:**

2.  Provide your **order details** and reason for exchange.
    
3.  Once approved, we will arrange a **reverse pickup** or guide you to ship the product to our warehouse.
    
4.  After inspection, the replacement product will be shipped to you within **5–7 business days**.
